Airport pickups are located just across the pedestrian bridge connected to Puerto Vallarta International Airport. It’s easy to access — after collecting your luggage and exiting the terminal, simply turn left, follow the walkway until you see the pedestrian bridge, and walk across. Your driver will meet you at the confirmed pickup point on the other side.
For departures, drop-off is directly at the airport terminal for a simple, stress-free departure.

Start your vacation stocked and ready by adding a quick grocery stop to your airport transfer. Choose from Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, La Comer, or another convenient store along your route.
Your driver will wait while you shop, help load your groceries, and then continue directly to your hotel, resort, or vacation rental.

When booking, please provide the number of passengers and approximate number of luggage pieces you’ll be travelling with. This helps us make sure the right vehicle and enough luggage space are arranged for your transfer.
Travelling With Children
Booster seats are available upon request. Please let us know when booking if you’ll need one so it can be ready for your arrival.
Flight Information
Please provide your airline, flight number, arrival date and arrival time when booking. We use your flight information to coordinate your airport pickup and account for schedule changes or delays.
